I look at recent local activity, relevant property and transaction experience, communication, availability, licensing, client feedback, and how well the agent’s background lines up with your goals.
Then I talk with you before any introduction. That keeps the process personal and gives you a clear starting point instead of a list of names to sort through.

What happens after you tell me what you’re working toward?
Do I pay Got Your Back Network to find an agent?
There is no fee to submit a request. When a referred transaction closes under a broker-to-broker referral agreement, the receiving brokerage pays Caloosa Realty Group LLC the agreed referral fee.
Do you already have agents in every city?
No. That is intentional. I research the market after I understand your goals instead of assuming a prebuilt directory contains the right fit.
Will I talk to a real person after I submit the form?
Yes. I personally review every request and contact you by phone or text before any agent receives your information. We’ll talk through your goals and make sure I understand the plan before I start making connections.
Will a bunch of agents start calling me?
No. I contact you first, narrow the field, and only share your information after we talk. The goal is a small, relevant shortlist rather than broad lead distribution.
How many agents will you recommend?
I usually narrow the field to 2–3 agents. Sometimes one agent is the clear choice; in other cases I keep researching before making an introduction.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before I submit?
No. This service is designed to help kick-start the process. If you know the general goal and location, that is enough for us to start a conversation and bring clarity to the next step.
Can you help outside Florida?
Yes. The service is nationwide. For a transaction outside Florida, the local real estate work is handled by professionals licensed in that jurisdiction.
You do not need to have the whole plan figured out.
